Want to "Test Drive" a rug before you buy?

Many interior designers request the "Test Drive" service for their clients. This is called Consignment. TufenkianOutlet.com offers the same service to the general public.

The consignment process is simple.

1) Find a Outlet Carpet you wish to Test Drive before you buy. *Free outbound shipping for 6 x 9 and larger exclusively with UPS Ground service.

2) Contact us via phone or email. 800.928.6671 x 3.

3) Provide a valid credit card.

4) We will "reserve" the amount of the rug on your card, but NOT charge it.

5) Your rug will arrive in a 7-10 business days via UPS Ground service. Please note that Expedited outbound service such as UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day, or UPS Next Day Air is not included and quotes may be provided to you upon request. Free outbound shipping is offered exclusively with UPS Ground service.

6) Live with the rug for up to 7 days from the day you receive it.

7) If you love the rug, notify us and we will charge your card and send you a receipt.

8) If you decide the rug is not right, notify us and we'll arrange for a UPS return authorization to ship the carpet back to us. Once the carpet arrives in its original condition, we will release the reserve, or apply it to another rug you wish to consign.

9) If you do not contact us after 7 days from the receipt of the carpet it is assumed you are purchasing the rug and we will charge your card.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
1) You are responsible for any damage to the rug while it is in your possession.

2) DO NOT remove wire tag and label from rug.

3) If you RETURN the rug, your card will be charged for a shipping, handling and restocking fees below.
