Want
to "Test Drive" a rug before you buy?
Many interior designers request the same service for their clients.
This is called
Consignment. We also offer the same service to the
general public.
The consignment process is simple.
1) Find an
Outlet Carpet you wish to
Test Drive before you buy.
2) Contact us via phone or
email. 800.928.6671.
3) Provide a valid credit card.
4) We will "reserve" the amount of the rug on your card, but NOT charge it.
5) Pay for UPS shipping (shipping can be charged to the same card.)
6) Your rug will arrive in a 7-10 business days.
7) Live with the rug for up to 1 week from the day you receive it.
8) If you love the rug, notify us and we will charge your card and send you a receipt.
9) If you decide the rug is not right, notify us and we'll arrange for
return authorization to ship the carpet back to us.
10) Once the carpet arrives in its original condition, we will release the
reserve, or apply it to another rug you wish to consign.

*Note: We only ship rugs to the SAME ADDRESS associated with your CREDIT
CARD.
*Note: The consignee is responsible for any damage to the rug while in
consignment.
