A Himalayan wool and Silk Shakti Weave Rug. Made in Nepal with 80% Himalayan wool and up to 20% silk using our Tibetan Shakti Weave, giving it a pile height of approximately 0.28". In natural light it looks more blue, closer to celadon than a powder blue, but the green is confined to the wool accent leaves and this silk leaves are gold or pale gold/beige. The main blue wool color is very close to Iceplum Rainwater on the carpets site. Willowy vines gently drift across the floors in the finest wool and silk. A carpet that seems to come with its own breeze.

Our extremely handmade rugs are made with as much care as possible. When choosing a rug, please be aware that slight pattern changes may happen, but the rug will still look beautiful! In other words, a 3x5 may be slightly different than a 12x16.
Our extremely handmade rugs may be of a slightly different size (up to 3 inches). This is due to the beautiful hand-knotted and hand-tufted nature of our rugs.
Vacuum regularly. Loose threads should be trimmed with a scissor (do not pull!). Rug protectors are recommended. If your new rug is exposed to the sun, it is a good idea to rotate regularly to prevent uneven wear. Blot spills with a clean towel (white is best). Cleaning the entire rug should be handled by a professional rug cleaning service.
